Raise capital

your edge.
I help founders identify what’s breaking investor conviction, sharpen their narrative, and raise capital without losing focus on the business.

I've been on both
sides of the table.
I have built eight companies over the past twenty years, with three exits along the way. I have raised capital as a founder, and through FundrsVC I have written checks as an investor. I have watched founders with strong ideas lose rounds they deserved, and founders with average ideas close on the strength of how they think.
The difference is rarely the idea. It is trust. That is the gap I help founders close before they walk into the room. We find what is broken, and fix it together.
Before you book.
Whatever you have. A deck, a model, a list of target investors, or just the questions keeping you up at night. You do not need anything polished. The rougher the better, because that is where the useful work is. I will send a couple of short prompts when you book so I come in prepared.
Yes, please do. Some of the best sessions include a co-founder or a key team member. Bring whoever owns the raise with you, because alignment in the room makes the call far more valuable. Just let me know how many to expect when you book.
Early-stage founders raising pre-seed through Series A, or about to. If you are fundraising in the next six months and want an honest, specific read rather than generic advice, this is for you. If you are much later or just exploring, reach out and I will tell you honestly whether I can help.
That is often the best time to talk. We will map what readiness looks like for your stage and build the runway to get there, so you are not scrambling when the window opens. Plenty of founders book a call months before their raise.
No templates and no recycled frameworks. I have built companies and raised capital myself, and I have sat on the investor side through FundrsVC. Every session is built around your numbers and your story, not a slide deck of best practices.
Everything you share stays confidential. I work with a small number of founders and treat your numbers, strategy, and cap table accordingly. I am also happy to sign an NDA if needed.
Let’s start with a conversation.
Book a discovery call first. We’ll discuss your raise, identify what is stuck, and decide whether working together makes sense.
